Our experience was marred by chaotic lobby congestion every time. The children's programs were either overcrowded or poorly managed, leaving us frustrated. We faced multiple issues with the soundproofing in our room, making it hard to relax.

Enchanting, Enchanting, Enchanting
Each day was a delight! My kids couldn't stop raving about the endless activities like archery and crafting in their personalized spaces, while I relaxed in the adults-only sauna. Dining was a treat with seasonal menus that beautifully blended high-end tastes with kid-approved favorites!

The Deluxe Family Room was spacious and really suited our needs. It had a separate sleeping area for the kids, which was a huge plus for some quiet time. Super comfy beds, and we appreciated the kitchenette for making snacks. The view from the balcony was nice too. No complaints about cleanliness. everything felt well-maintained. It was a cozy spot to unwind after a busy day. Just the right mix of family-friendly and comfy.

Best family-friendly vibes!
We had a super fun week! The kids loved the petting zoo and kept asking for more pony rides. The indoor water slide was a huge hit. The snack bar was perfect for quick bites when we were on the go. Just wish the dining area could handle the crowds better during breakfast rush. Still, can’t wait to come back!

Spacious family rooms with a kitchenette and balcony. We loved the pools, especially the indoor options. The steam room and sauna were pure bliss. The wellness center has tons of treatments, and the hot tub was a hit. Kids had a blast at the ninja warrior course and the activities kept them entertained. Food was solid with seasonal menus too!
